1. Eligibility |
| a) |
To be eligible, you must be a Malaysian Citizen/Malaysian permanent resident or a Valid Employment Pass holder. |
| b) |
You need to have a minimum academic qualification and good grades in the subjects that you wish to teach. |

2. Commission |
a) |
A one-time commission of 50% of the monthly tuition fees will be payable by you, which Tuitionet.com will collect directly from you, after the 1st week of tuition. Upon commission is received from you. The remaining 50% of the fees will be subsequently payable to you by
the student/s at the end of the 4th week. |
| b) |
We will contact the student /parent shortly after the first tuition session regarding the payment for Tuitionet.com's commission. Tuitionet.com is entitled to a commission of 50% of the agreed first month's tuition fee. We will liaise with the students / parents to pay the commission sum to us not later than two weeks after the first tuition session.The students / parents will pay the tuition fee for the remaining two weeks of the first month directly to the tutor upon completion of all lessons for the first month. For subsequent month onwards, the students / parents will then pay the full sum of tuition fees directly to the tutor. |
| c) |
If we are unable to receive your commission by the due date, your account will be suspended for non-payment and you will not be able to access your account. |
| d) |
After 30 days a suspended account, we still haven't receive any commission from you,
your account will automatically be deleted from our system. When an account is deleted from our system, your name will be blacklisted on front page of tuitionet.com. |
| e) |
Tuitionet.com will not be liable for any conflict or disagreement between the tutors and students / parents. We will also not be responsible for any form of damages arising in connection with your use of our website. |
f) |
50% of the first month's fees are payable to Tuitionet.com as commission for every successful referrel. |
g) |
Commission are payable to Tuitionet.com on the first lesson for every successful referrel |
h) |
Commission payable must not exceed 2 weeks from the first lesson. |
i) |
If in case that you failed to pay the commission without any notice, we reserved the right to suspend the class. |
j) |
Any attempt to cheat or deprive Tuitionet.com of its legal share of commission,
will result in legal actions being taken. |

| 3. Termination/Cancellation of Assignment |
| a) |
In the event where you are unable to attend the tuition, prior notice of 48 hours before the lesson time, must be given to the students/parents.
A valid reason must also be given on notification. The tutor will be excused if the students/parents accept your reason given.
If you fail to notify and provide a valid reason of your cancellation, your registration as a tutor with Tuitionet.com will be revoked and an administrative charge of 50% of the monthly tuition fees will be imposed. |
| b) |
The minimum commitment period is 1 month. In the event where you terminate an assignment within the first month, Tuitionet.com will recover her legal share commission of 50% of the monthly fees from you. |
| c) |
In the event where the student prematurely terminates the assignment during the first month, you will only receive 50% of the payment for all your service hours.
However, if the reason for the student's termination is due to your fault as a tutor (eg. you are chronically late, did not attend lesson without any valid explanation, you do not know how to teach), you will bear the full commission charge. |

Tuitionet.com is a tutor referral service only and not responsible for the services provided by tutors. Each tutor is solely responsible for setting fees, arranging tutoring schedules, paying all taxes on income earned, and all other issues and responsibilities related to tutoring. Tuitionet.com does not keep records of the number of students and sessions taken with registered tutors.
Tuitionet.com will not act as an arbitrator or mediator for any conflicts or disagreements that arise between the tutor and the student. However, we are always prepared to offer our views and suggestions.
Tuitionet.com reserves the right to add, modify or delete any information on this website at any time without notice.
