Yes, you may request to change the tutor if you find he / she is not suitable.
Our service is absolutely free.

3. How much do the tutors charge?
The cost of tutoring is negotiable between you and the tutor.

4. How the timetable is scheduled?
The timetable can be flexible due to your requirement and is negotiable.

5. How long will i get a tutor after doing the online registration ?
Upon receiving your Online Registration, our coordinator will get back to you within 24 hours or above. It normally takes around 48 hours or less to shortlist a list of tutors for your selection.

Click Join as Tutor to sign up. It takes just a few minutes, and your information will be instantly available to the thousands of parents and students who come to tuitionet.com to find a tutor. Please read all Terms and Conditions prior to accepting a tutor with us.

5. When I register, am I an employee of Tuitionet.com?
No. Tuitionet.com is a tutor referral service only and not responsible for the services provided by tutors. Each tutor is solely responsible for setting fees, arranging tutoring schedules, paying all taxes on income earned, and all other issues and responsibilities related to tutoring. Tuitionet.com does not keep records of the number of students and sessions taken with registered tutors.

6. How many requests from students can I receive?
Unlimited! You can receive or accept as many requests as you can.

7. When can I expect to receive my first tutoring enquiry?
We can't say for sure. Some tutors register and receive their first tutoring inquiry in the same day. Some have to wait for a few days before the first request from parents / students. The same conditions applied to your first request: If you tutoring very 'popular' subjects and are located in a major town or a big city, you can probably accept the first tutoring request sooner than those who lives remote from town.

8. What methods of payment does Tuitionet.com accept?
Tuitionet.com accepts bank-in and ATM transfer only.

9. Do I have to pay Tuitionet.com for the recommedation service ?
Yes, only the half of the first month's tuition fees is the commission payable to Tuitionet.com. (50 % commission) E.g: Monthly tuition fees is RM 300.00. Tutor is responsible to bank-in or ATM transfer the RM 150.00 to Tuitionet.com once the class started for every successful referral.
